Darn Pants and Plateau

I have hit a plateau, my weight hasn't really changed a lot since the beginning of July. Its frustrating, but I keep going at it and watching what I eat and exercising. The alternative isn't pretty. So I guess I just want to say I'm not giving up, just frustrated. I'm trying to get over the frustration, but it isn't happening at the moment.
That being said, I know I need to look at inches lost and how my clothes feel. But today my pants ripped at one of the seams. I have not been gaining weight, just staying right around even. This incident was just frustrating. I just keep thinking, "Really? Really?".
I guess I just wanted to post that I'm frustrated and my pants ripping doesn't help any. And I figured people on here would understand. I really don't know why the scale doesn't want to move for me. I have over a 3500 calorie deficit every week. I've been trying to tweek my macros to see if that helps. I just keep hoping that something will work.
I'm off to go workout, and then sew up my darn pants.
