Juicing

I bought a Cuisinart juicer'/extractor. I am juicing every day before I go to the gym, then having a small something when I get back to satisfy my hunger. The problem is, that I'm not sure how to log the "juice" without just logging everything that went into it. But if I am filling up the reservoir with "pulp", then should I really be logging everything that goes into it????
Anyone have any experience with this????

I asked this question quite a while back, and think the answer was to log all the calories and carbs (sugars) but not the fiber.0
