40/30/30 macros and vegetarians?

I'm wondering how other vegetarians manage to eat 30% protein per day? I eat greek yoghurt, regular yoghurt, fat free milk, chick peas, tofu and hummus. Not a big fan of other pulses or fake meats. What else do other vegetarians use for protein?

(I've just changed my macros for the Eat More Weigh Less idea, and it seems like I've been approx 60 grams of protein below that goal recently!)

I'm particularly interested in non-processed foods in the Michael Pollan/Gary Taubes tradition (although I know the latter advocates meat!).
