I adapted it a bit but it was still good and the leftovers reheated quite nicely, so you could make it the day before and zap it in the microwave when you wanted to heat it up.0 -
I don't have an exact recipe but this is what I make and the whole family loves it.
mix potatoes obrien, turkey sausage (I usually just buy the already cooked patties and cut them in pieces), egg beaters, green pepper, onion, one can of low fat cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup of fat free sour cream, and then cheddar jack cheese (or whatever you like)
Mix it all up and throw it in the over for 30 to 45 minutes on 350
I usually throw a little salsa and sour cream on it.0
