What do others have as their calorie set up when they are nursing? Should I add 500 calories to what it suggests? Is there away to calculate that in? TIA!

    Options
    Just go to "Add Food" or the food database, and type in breastfeeding. It'll give you several options for whatever your situation is. Good luck!
