Greetings

Hi I am new(ish) to MFP, I started a week ago. I am 26 years old, I have been called fat my whole life. I have tried many of the fad diets but would not follow though with them. I decided to give calorie counting a try, it made more sense to me. So far I have enjoyed using MFP. It has made tracking easier. I know I have a long way to go but this is working for me, and I am glad to be here.:smile:
One of my biggest reasons for wanted to loss weight is my six year old daughter. I want to allows be there for her and set a good example for her.
