I just bought All Bran and just wondering, does the amount of its calories per serving include calories of Milk or not?

some cereals have two columns, one showing calories on its own and one with skim milk. if it doesn't specify, it is probably for the cereal only. I would also suggest a food scale - cereal servings are often quite small. I have a relatively small bowl but if I fill it, that contains 3 servings of some cereals.
