Binge eating

Before I started to lose weight, I had a pretty stable eating pattern. I ate too much, but I didn't binge as such and have moments where I would eat huge amounts because I was upset, like emotional eating. I would do other unhelpful things when I was down like take too long to get ready for work, or not put my all in an essay I was writing.

Now I'm focusing on being healthier in what I eat, when I'm down, I binge eat. My breakfast today was 3 large bowls of strawberry oat clusters, grapes, a bag of crisps, and a chocolate lolly pop. Has anybody else found that now they're more concerned with their healthy diet, they completely sabotage it almost on purpose when they're angry at themselves? It's horrible!
