Fruit & Veg...

Do you have to weigh and track all fruit and veg when you are following this plan or are fruit and veg free foods that you can eat as much of as you like? xx

    Nothing's free - track everything :)
    It gets easier.

    I track everything. I don't have a kitchen scale although it might be a good investment. I usually do it by count, like 6 baby carrots or half cup blueberries.

    agreed, track everything! You might think you can have all you want, but fruits are high in sugar, and depending on your metabolism, you may gain weight from eating too sugary fruits :-)
