I've started doing Zumba and the 10 minute trainer and will be starting insanity soon and was wondering how you log the calories on it since they aren't listed in the database? Thanks.

Good question! Can someone help us out?0

i don't know if this is correct or not, but with Zumba, I use the "Dancing, general" and enter the amount of time I did it. With Insanity, I use "Aerobics, High Intensity" and log the amount of time. then in my notes, I enter both Zumba and Insanity so i know what I did for review. Again, I don't know if this is the best way, but it's one way.0

Can't you look online for how many calories it uses, then come with an average?
I supose its better to under estimate the calories you burn, so your less likely to over eat. thats what i do anyway0 -
At least for zumba, i am logging it under dance. Not sure about insanity.0

click on this link http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc and enter the information that they request then I went in and added it as one of my exercises. I also used it to add things like housework, etc.0

I haven't done Zumba but for Insanity I log it as Circuit training, general.0
