Hey guys!
I am now at 30 days of daily logging and making progress towards my goal. I am now looking for a couple of friends with similar likes and goals. So if you are:
• Near the half century mark in age
• Interested in healthy eating habits and not into fad diets.
• Someone who likes to exercise without living at the gym
• A daily logger who is honest.
• Someone who doesn’t get depressed with an occasional calorie overage.
• Not into obtaining the most friends…..
Let me know! I'd enjoy the company as I continue on my journey.

I agree with all your points (but i am 31). I am trying to live a healthier lifestyle, which includes exerciseing regularly. I am just getting back into running and really enjoy it. I want to lose some weight too but am more focused on getting healthy and figure the weight will follow! Will send you an add!0
