I ordered some Konjac noodles from eBay (the type without Tofu which I think are called Shirataki). They come dry, where as the others come in water.
Does anyone have any tips on how to cook with them? What's the best way to eat them... as noodles? In soups?
Any hints welcome!!

I don't know if this will work for them but it might. When I drain and rinse the shiritake noodles I dry fry(nonstick pan and nothing else) them on high for about 7 minutes (continually stirring them around) It gives them a more realistic texture then just use regularly0
