Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No - just barely over

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went to the gym

What would I have done differently? Not sure...

What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories, exercise and make better food choices

    What would I have done differently? found time to do a little exercise

    Stay within calories and make light food choices all day since we are going to Red Lobster tonight to celebrate our 19th Anniversary that was earlier this week
    do turbo kick later this morning ... I'm a little anxious about trying this class again - was lots of fun and good exercise the first time ... but I felt a little silly doing the dance moves since I'm not very 'hip'

    :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: I tried Zumba about a month ago and felt the same way. In the middle of class I stepped on my own foot and almost fell flat on my face :noway: I didn't go back because I didn't like the way it made my back and neck feel. I am happy with the Elliptical and weight training at the moment. :bigsmile:
