Off work this week for vacation & one kid got up bright & early. I'd like to sleep in just once.

The I pad is not only a fantastic invention for general use and fun. But it will save me today bc I can look all professional but totally blow this meeting off!

Just make sure to look up every now and then and "nod" like you are agreeing with what said speaker is saying

I woke up thinking I slept in and was happy until I looked at the clock and it was 6:30 am.

My knee is killing me this morning from some kind of injury.

When I went to bed there were a dozen donuts in the kitchen. They are now gone, thanks to my husband. I should be grateful but I was looking forward to just one....or two...or....

Oh..and I am making it better by keeping a positive attitude throughout the day.

This is day 3 of these time wasting meetings so I'm at a point where I don't care. So ive been locked in and I'm not even looking up until the battery runs out. Then I'm screwed.

Take your youngest child's age. Subtract that from approximately 15. That's how many years you get to wait for the opportunity (IME). lol The only time I manage to wake my kids up (instead of the other way around) is after the Easter Sunrise service once a year.

Work at 2 jobs, plus homework.

I'll make it better by having dinner with my boyfriend, and knowing I'll feel relieved once the homework is done
