C25K + 30DS = FAIL

I'm on Week 6 Day 2 of C25K and after the 20 minute run last week I was feeling on top of the world so I decided I'd start 30 Day Shred along with my running. Man was I wrong. Did day 1 of 30DS and my legs and arms hurt bad bad. Went for my C25K run after work and wasn't able to finish it I hurt so bad.

I work nights so I'm already doing my runs after working a 12 hour shift, but I did the 30DS when I woke up yesterday, so it was 30DS, 12 hours of steady on my feet working (factory work), then C25K.

I think I'll stick with C25K and walking 3 miles on my off days until I finish the program.

Just wanted to share my failure story with you guys, I've been lurkin for awhile and hadn't really posted much.

    Aww that sucks. I had been considering doing Insanity next tommy c25k program... I might wait a few weeks now lol
  • That sucks! I am doing 30DS now and plan to start C25K when I am done. I can't imagine doing both at the same time!
