INTRODUCING MYSELF!

Hello everyone! I singed up yesterday. I'm new to the diet and exercise. Never been for me. My husband loves to go to the gym and work out. I started going with him last week so we could do it together. I found I love going to the gym and I'm asking him when we're going now. We try to go everyday for at least an hour. I would also like to lose some weight so my friend has been doing this and thought I'd try it. I'm not sure how I'm going to do because I love to eat all the wrong things. The calorie dieting restriction is going to be hard for me. We'll see how this goes. I would like to know everything there is to do on this website and tips please!
