Need motivation

I've done the weight loss thing before but I just can't seem to keep off weight. At one point I had lost almost 80 pounds but I've added almost 50 back on now. I know it comes from losing sight of a goal but with my first child due in October I'd love to get down at least 15 pounds before her due date and then be back in shape by next summer and at 200-210. I was happy smaller and I felt like I could do so much more. I wasn't nearly as stressed or tired but it seems like work and life has made things so busy. I tried the morning workouts and did well for about a month but then I over slept and never got back in it. I know I do a lot better when I have a work out partner but unfortunately everyone I've tried to use at a partner flake out within a couple weeks. I have to regain my motivation. I try signing up for different 5K's and races but that only motivates me so far. Throw ideas at me that have worked for you all. I need anything I can get. I have to get my life back.
