Bloat

Alright guys (although ladies may understand this better).

What do you do to fight bloat?

I have very low sodium, drink 8+ glasses of water a day, watch my carbs, eat 1tbsp chia seeds almost daily.

I've been better about bloat, but, of course... I'm now in the middle of my period. BOOM. I look at least 5 lbs heavier.

However, I do work out daily--if muscles retain water after a workout, am I constantly going to have some water retention?

WHAT DO YOU DO?

    I have the exact same problem, and I work in an office and sit down all day and get the worst pains in my stomach and my belly just bloats something cronic and makes me look like a small elephant!
