Need help post pics on message boards

I am trying to post my pics on message board. Can not figure out how to do it. Please help!!! Thanks

    Your picture has to already be online somewhere (like photobucket or I use my FB)

    Once you find the pic you want - right click on it and choose properties.
    Highlight the URL & copy it.
    Once youv'e done that you just paste what you've copied in this format

    img] But, don't put use any spaces. Does that make sense?
