EM2WL- reduce TDEE when sick?

I have been sick this week and have been unable to work out so far. By the end of this week I will probably log 1 1/2 hrs. of workout time. My TDEE is normally set at the moderate pace (I work out 4-5 days a week at around 4- 5 hrs. total). Do I adjust my TDEE down a bit to accomodate the 1 1/2 hrs. of working out or do I leave it at the 15% cut I have it set at?
