Say you've set your weekly weightloss goal for 1lb per week. If your not eating your calories back you should be loosing more than that 1lb per week goal. Have you found this to be the case?

Yes. The less you eat, the more you lose, funnily enough.0

Unfortunately not! I am on average around 1,000 calories under every day - meaning a weekly deficit of 7,000 - which should equate to 2lbs a week at least. It ain't happening!! :frown:0

technically you SHOULD be losing less if you're not eating your exercise cals back, but just remember to at least net around 1100-1200. Any less than that and you're entering a danger zone and it could potentially hinder your weight loss because your metabolism will slow down to try and conserve energy and calories.0
