When using the treadmill, which is a more effective way to burn fat; a steeper incline at a slower pace, or a less steep incline at a quicker pace?

I think it's good to do both.
Interval sessions and hill sessions are both great "speed workouts" as they work your quads and your cardio. And they'll both burn fat. but it's not good to do them everyday -- they suggest doing them 1-2 days per week. And otherwise running a normalish pace.0 -
