    Are you from the Western US? I have not found anyone who eats their eggs over easy on toast or who puts ketchup on their scrambled since I moved from Oregon!
    Eggs benedict, or loco moco, or over easy on corned beef hash, or over easy with toast, or scrambeled with ketchup.

    Usually hard boiled. I'm really picky about eggs and when they are hard boiled, I know for a fact they are cooked all the way through. But there's nothing better than dipping your toast in the yolk.

    I feel very strongly that they should only be scrambled and cooked really well, I don't want any slime or even shiny on them. Oh, and deviled eggs are yum.

    I like em as Huevos Rancheros.

    I make a kick-*kitten* recipe. Very fattening. But worth it on a cheat day.

    A local popular eatery (Meat & Potatoes) makes them sometimes for their brunch; they use more of a shredded pork rather than the chiorizo I get from a local butcher shop...theirs is good, but mine is better. : )

    Huevos Rancheros is over-easy, on top of chiorizo, which is on top of a crispy tortilla (I prefer flour). Topping that is a Ranchero Sauce, some cheddar cheese and cilantro. YUM.

    Also love egg salad sandwiches, bagel sandwiches with eggs, bacon, and cheese. Also love Southern eggs benedict (although horrible for your weightloss - english muffin with patty sausage, scrambled egg, and country gravy on top. soooo goood!!!!!
