Starting a fresh

Hello,

I have just started on this site, finding it really good so far :)

Im on my 3rd day of the lifestyle alterations, so far so good! I am following the feed and fast method of 5:2 (five days eating 3 meals + snacks & then 2 days of just eating a 600 cal breakfast with unlimited water consumption and a protein shake).

I am a vegetarian so any recipes are welcomed and I will share mine !

I am really welcome to anyone who wants to be a friend on here :)
