Hello. Have been working on losing weight since January (have lost 1 stone 12 lbs in the last 6 months). Discovered My Fitness Pal a few weeks a go when my hubbie gave me his old IPad, and I chanced on it in the apps shop. I now find it invaluable for tracking my calories - something I was previously doing on a spreadsheet. Looking forward to continuing with my weight loss! Cxx
