So I've been trying to figure out ways to work on getting fit while at the office. I'm not in a position where I can really work out during lunch because if I do, I'll smell like a horse all afternoon. OTOH, there are some things I *can* do.

1. Concentrate on sitting up straight and tightening up my stomach muscles.
2. Parking at the far end of the parking lot.
3. Taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
4. Run away from the donuts and other junk food that people bring in.
5. Drink water or tea instead of sodapop.
6. Walk to the restroom on the other side of the building.

Other suggestions are welcome.

I use to walk around the building during my breaks, too. If you have somewhere within walking distance to go for lunch I have done that. Keeping in mind it should be a place where I can order something good for me. I am up for more suggestions.

I drink a lot of water, meaning I make a lot of trips to the bathroom! Every time I use the restroom I take an extra couple of minutes and do 25 squats before heading back to my desk.

Sometimes I just stand up for a bit. Just standing for fifteen minutes at my desk while I work helps.
