What does NSV and some of the other acronyms mean?

NSV = Non Scale Victory (the little and big things that are changing besides the number on the scale)0

Bump: when somebody wants to "bookmark" a post for later or bump it to the top of the message boards to encourage posting
IF: Intermittent Fasting
