Hello all,
I am new to the whole counting calories and working out. If you are eating 1200 calories and working out a lot, will your body go into a starvation mode if you don't eat back those calories? Would it be best to do some light working out such as walking if you aren't getting the calories? Would someone be willing to explain how this works?
What would happen if I am only eating 1300 calories and working out 30 minutes a day doing some circuit training such as the Jillian michaels DVDs? Will I still be able to loose weight or will my body fight to hold onto the weight I have?
I am 5'6 and 135 pounds.
Thanks
