Why no pain in my buns?!?

Hi everyone!
I need some advice here. I really hate strength training, but I'm looking to tone my bootay to look more even and (more shapely, larger even hehe) to go with my Hercules thunder thighs :)
The story:
-I do Nike Training Club Leaner legs workout. I don't do it often enough so I'm always terribly sore for 2 days after.
Problem:
All the delicious soreness is in my hams, I don't feel anything in my booty and THAT's where I want to tone and feel the burn.

Am I doing it wrong? Or will I not feel it as much in my behind, but more in my hams? And what workouts can I do specifically for my buns?

    get on all fours and pump yur heel into the sky until it burns like a son of gun!!,take a break and do it again ea side,also running uphill is great !!! Thats part of Beyonces reg wrk out is running uphill!
