Hello everyone

Hi all,

Brand newbie here on fitnesspal. I'm a 50+ female who has fought weight gain my entire life. I'm currently carrying 216lbs on a 5'9" body. My goal is to eat healthier, exercise and get my weight down. I'd love to hit 165lbs, but as long as I'm exercising, eating right and losing I'll be happy.

I'm glad to have an app where I can log my exercise and food intake and maybe find others for support.

    Welcome, I am fairly new myself (not quite 2 weeks in). I too am 50+ and have fought the same battle most of my life. I am looking forward to getting my life back. I have over 100+ lbs to lose and am also looking for support and willing to give as much support as others need.
