Yay for me!

I lost 2 pounds and 2 inches....I am thriiled...and I worked and donted at the blood drive yesterday and I have a really good base line / heart rate and the nurse was very impressed.....my baseline isbetween 56-60....it was nice to hear how strong my heart was...just thought I would share my little smiles in life.....thanks to all of you as well :flowerforyou:

    Nice! good work zm! I tried to give blood the other day at my company's drive, but I went to the dentist the day before and they rejected me. :sad:
