How do you calculate the calories in this?
I'm on a liquid diet today, so I made some homemade chicken broth for my much needed protein.
Here is the recipe I used: http://www.tasteofhome.com/Recipes/Homemade-Chicken-Broth
Can someone explain how they calculate the nutritional facts in this? The answer is just not obvious to me, as you do not eat any of the chicken or veggies themselves...they are just boiled in water for a few hours.
