Its my second week in and I haven't cheated much, I'm generally staying less than 1500 calories a day these past 2 weeks even when I cheat so it works. Any tips or good recipes for a finicky eater with very little cash :-D ?

    Get yourself a big bag of fat free pretzels! They're cheap and they last a long time! Also, almonds are good. Have a handful each time you're craving something crunchy. Ummm, what else? Oh, 100 calorie popcorn minis! All of these things you should find at Wal Mart or Kmart very inexpensive!

    Granola bars are a good choice also vegetables with hummus will work well. Also calm your mind and call a friend.
