Second time's a charm?

I'm working MFP for the second time. Last year I lost 15 pounds with the help of MFP from January-April in anticipation of a Hawaiian cruise. I never got back on track when the trip was over, then I got pregnant and had a baby boy this June. I am carrying around and extra 18 pounds of baby weight, plus 10 more that I gained after I got back from Hawaii. I know I face some challenges, especially because I am taking care of and breastfeeding my son so I can't go too hard on calorie deficits, but I am hoping to make some changes to my life which will help me lose weight, get healthy and be a good role model to my kids.

I started 30 Day Shred a few days ago too (for the 5th or 6th time) and today will be L1, D3...I am hoping to start back jogging again too which is something I REALLY enjoyed in the past. =) I need friends so please add me if you'd like us to be in each other's circle of support!
