I like to think I don't give anything up, however since starting to use the site, I have stopped eating white bread or actually most breads very much. I don't care for whole grain breads (aside from the tortillas) so that's a big one I've stopped due to the calorie value, and cookies....I

Sour Candies...... gummy worms... yummmmmmmmm. When i was younger i used to go to the local candy store and fill up a humongo bag of sour gummies and bears and yummyness.. but its like 53 calories an ounce so i can really only have very little now... that's ok though i guess..0

Bread...any kind....sweet potato biscuits...sweet biscuits...pancakes...slice bread...cornbread...mmmmm....hawaiin bread... I still allow myself to have it...just not as much or as often. :sad:0

I don't eat candy anymore. I haven't found it hard to kick, but in my former life I was a gummi bear junky!!! Those and sour neon worms... :brokenheart:0

Orange juice. I do not drink it like a normal person and can go through a two gallon jug in probably 2-3 days. It is hard for me to give it up but I'm trying to chill out on it a little.0
