I haven't really given up any food... I eat tons of treats! I think sweets are my downfall though.0

I miss spaghetti. I could try and have 1 serving, but I wouldn't be able to control myself. I know this, so I don't make it anymore.0

Bread...any kind....sweet potato biscuits...sweet biscuits...pancakes...slice bread...cornbread...mmmmm....hawaiin bread... I still allow myself to have it...just not as much or as often. :sad:0

I don't eat candy anymore. I haven't found it hard to kick, but in my former life I was a gummi bear junky!!! Those and sour neon worms... :brokenheart:0

Orange juice. I do not drink it like a normal person and can go through a two gallon jug in probably 2-3 days. It is hard for me to give it up but I'm trying to chill out on it a little.0

I haven't given up any of the foods I like. I just eat wisely, and not devour the whole thing in one sitting.0

Breads effin breads. Effin hate them but they are all most a staple with these northland diets! Outside of that its peanuts for me.0

Sugary sodas. (or "pop" if you are from the North, or "Coke" if you are from the South)0

I don't deprive myself. If I want it, I eat it...just in moderation. If I had to choose a weakness, I'd say pizza. I haven't eaten much of it since I started eating better and exercising. I thought I'd miss it...turns out I was wrong!0

I won't give up anything. Eat in moderation and healthy as much as possible though. I do love me some Ice Cream though0
