I know the rotation is strength, strength, cardio, strength, strength, cardio, rest. Could it also work out this way: strength, strength, cardio, rest, strength, strength, cardio, rest? I realize it would take longer than the 90 days but would you still get the same results?

I'm currently doing it with no rest and I also run on alternate days, therefore, I'm going to be finishing it a little bit sooner. However, just as I'm cutting out days, I don't see why you couldn't add in days Cardio 1 is rough at times, and it might be good to take an extra day of rest. I'd suggest trying it out and seeing how you feel! You can always adjust it as you go.0
