Not there yet, but I really am happy today.
I know in 1993 I was trying to lose the twenty pounds I had put on during a job search and struggling to hit 165. I only made it to 170.
Twenty years later, I'm here again!
Once I hit 165 I still need that last 10 pounds, but what the heck. Keep on swimming!
