coffee? Banana? Are these things I have to give up?

So, bananas call to me and take the place of a lot of junk I want to eat. Same with grapes. With pcos, I should watch my sugar, even fruit, but I feel like I am better off eating fruit sugar then grabbing a cookie. Right? Also, do all of you drink coffee? I have 1 to 3 cups a day, and tea too. Helps with hunger.
