Sprint

I'm in my first sprint on Sunday; any tips? Its a 300 yard swim (in a lake), 10 mile bike (very flat and some over concrete), 3 mile run (at least some concrete).

    Make sure you hydrate well between now and then. Practice transitions a few times if you aren't comfortable with them. Have fun!

    Its the transitions that worry me. I'm going to et my gear together starting tonight and do a walk through.
