30 day shred

just wondering those of you who completed the 30 day shred did u do other workouts during the 30 days or just the shred?

    I did just the shred for my first 30 days. When I picked up again, i'd alternate with regular cardio like elliptical.

    I haven't completed it, but I'm doing it currently. I'm combining it with jogging(or treadmill) and Yoga Meltdown. I don't necessarily do it every day though, as I think that's pointless. I can do the Shred one day, and Yoga the other for example :)
