I have a jalapeno that I need to use up and I'm making tuna salad.... Should I add it in? Not sure if it'll taste good.

YAY :) OR NAY :(

Jalapeno is good in almost everything.

    That's a go for sure.

I hate it when things go bad in the fridge too.

Yay, and maybe add a sprinkle of cumin and cayenne pepper and make it more of a "Mexican" tuna salad. YUM.

I would sounds like it would be delish!! Which I eat peppers with almost everything!
  • That's my favorite combo! I eat that all the time. I love them in a tuna salad or on my tuna sandwich. Jalapenos make everything better.

Yes, definitely add the jalapeno to the tuna. That's one of my absolute favs. I also saute jalapeno with onions and turkey bacon, then use the mixture in an omelet...delish. I have had a strange addiction to fresh jalapenos for over a year now. I even put them in my salads.

I frequently add it in mine. (Although I'll make just about anything spicy, given the chance...)
