Anyone try these products for weight loss help? Do they or don't they help?

I did their 24 day cleanse & lost 8lbs... in the next 24 days I lost another 8lbs on my own
While it was a nice way to sort of jump start my diet/weightloss goals I think it was pretty expensive for what it was
I think you can achieve the same results with a little common sense & research and keep the $200-300 in your pocket!!0 -

Advocare is nothing but an MLM (multi-level marketing) scam. If you do all the other stuff that you're supposed to do while taking their supplements, you will lose weight. The products are expensive and don't do anything that diet and exercise won't do.0
