Welcome to MFP!
I'll go with my staples. Primary is what I eat for protein. Secondary and tertiary are the foods I eat for fiber, good carbs, good fats but also have considerable protein.
Primary: Chicken breast, tuna (2-3 cans a week), cottage cheese, low fat yogurts that are high in protein like greek yogurt in US, eggs
Secondary: Legumes (beans, lentils), milk, any cheese
Tertiary: Walnuts, almonds, peanut butter0 -
I was just discussing this with my husband that I was thinking about getting whey protein powder and he says "powder??? Just eat steak!!"
I love that man.0 -

My highest sources of protein are Greek yogurt, chicken, tuna, salmon, ground turkey/chicken, and protein powder. And for other decent sources of protein, I look to cheese, milk, nuts, nut butters, and beans.0
