Fun size vs Snack size candy bars.

Hi, Well it's been almost two years and I'm back. I seem to always come back to this site because it is so easy to use. I never was one to write down what I ate in a book with paper and pencil. This seems so much easier.

This is my 3rd day back and I'm doing good.
Why is the 1st week so hard?? It's the dieting that is the hardest for me.

My goal this time is to start eating healthier. I don't think I eat bad, I just don't always make the best choices.
As an example: today a person in the cube two isles over has a candy bowl. I was so hungry about 1/2 before I go to lunch. So, I took a FUN size - not a SNACK size- candy bar. The fun size is smaller than the snack size. Well, when I put it in the tracker in here, WOW it's 80 calories!!! 80! thats just crazy. But I chose it because it was free and right there. To go get the healthy fruit I would have to leave my desk, take the elevator downstairs go to the quick check store and hope they have a piece of fruit.

I know, I know, excuses excuses. But I can say, I learned my lession. Those 80 calories weren't worth it!
