Getting motivated

I am having serious problems to get motivated to get back moving, I dont mind walking and do that when I am not busy in the evenings. I am not a big fan on going to gyms even though you can do alot of your workout on different machines but I normally just walk for 30 minutes and do some elliptical.

I have been reading the message boards here and cant find that spark that I had a few months ago and was dropping the weight.
