Burning Calf muscles

I've just recently started working out a lot, but for a long time now I've had a problem with my calf muscles. Every time I walk for a short distance or even stand for a short amount of time they burn a lot. It gets so bad that It brings tears to my eyes almost every time. When I workout it's even worse and I try to power through it but sometimes it's just too much pain. It's really hindering my workout process and I can't really do all I want to do because it hurts to much. This started happening waaayyy before I started working out a lot.

Has this happened to anyone? Does anyone know what could be wrong and how to help it or fix it?

I'm at a complete loss. :/
