Does anyone NOT workout and lose weight?

Yes, I've lost weight without exercising. In fact, I've seen a study that claimed people lose weight equally well either way...but it is more likely to stay off if you exercise. Which is why I've started to increase my activity level.0

Due to foot and ankle trauma, I can't do most forms of cardio. I just started dating a yoga and pilates instructor, though, so I suspect my yoga practice is going to massively improve.
So far the twenty pounds I lost before MFP and the current four after are all dietary; I occasionally amble around a big box store for thirty minutes or so, but that's scarcely raising my heartrate.0 -
