Stretch Marks

I've lost weight and gained it before, and I've always had stretch marks. This time I'm incorporating more exercise, especially strength training and toning. I noticed something interesting. This time I don't have many stretch marks, and the few that I have are very light and hard to see. This is great! I was just wondering, does exercise reduce the appearance or the amount of stretch marks you have? Has anybody else experienced this?

    I know I have had this happen to me before! No idea why or how, I wish I remembered what I did.
    Seems like if you just work out and tone up it helps? This is just my theory, no science behind it or anything.

    Stretch marks are scars and will not disapear. Time help making them silver and less noticable. That being said if they look better with exercise, enjoy those benefices
