I've lost weight and gained it before, and I've always had stretch marks. This time I'm incorporating more exercise, especially strength training and toning. I noticed something interesting. This time I don't have many stretch marks, and the few that I have are very light and hard to see. This is great! I was just wondering, does exercise reduce the appearance or the amount of stretch marks you have? Has anybody else experienced this?

I know I have had this happen to me before! No idea why or how, I wish I remembered what I did.
Seems like if you just work out and tone up it helps? This is just my theory, no science behind it or anything.0 -
Stretch marks are scars and will not disapear. Time help making them silver and less noticable. That being said if they look better with exercise, enjoy those benefices0
