    I saw a commercial, it said "no weights" like that's a good thing

    I'm considering this program also. I know someone who is almost complete with the program and they have enjoyed it. They really had no weight to lose. I have another friend starting it next month. Can't wait to hear what he thinks.

    Im in week 2 now , tapout 90 day programme is more like insanity on steroids . If you have done insanity u kno wat im toking abt. No weights, just a resistance band ,and some workouts have a leg/ pilates band. Very high intense, but fun. Time ranges btwn 35-56 mins on some dvds. I do it three times a week coz i have an ankle injury , till im cleared will def do it 6times a week.

    You work different muscles on different days which gives your body and muscles a day or two off. Overall i like my results not much loss on the scale but the inches have fallen off seriously.
