I have googled and researched and still can't get my head around this.
If my goal is 1200, I ate 1060 and exercised -166, how is my net 894?
And why on a day with the same goal of 1200 if I ate 1384 but exercised -215 is my net 1133?
THIS IS DRIVING ME BANANA'S - PLEASE HELP!

Your net is your calories consumed minus exercise calories. You should target this calculation to be as close to your goal as possible.0
